• If the trip is postponed or canceled due to unavoidable reasons, such as traffic jams, mechanical failures of vehicles, guest delays, or bad weather, we will try to offer substitutes.
• In the unforeseen circumstance that the guest arrives later than the scheduled departure time and our transportation has departed from the designated pickup location, alternative transportation arrangements will not be provided, and no compensation will be offered for the missed excursion.

About Visa

A 30-day tourist permit to Dubai is offered with this package. The documentation needed to complete the VISA must be provided by you. To start the visa procedure, our advisor will contact you after your reservation.

Payment Conditions

• At the date of booking, the whole fee for the accommodation is due.
• If the remaining amount is not paid 21 days before the departure, the services may be canceled.
• Vouchers for confirmation and travel documents:
• After the money has been processed, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation.
• You will receive a hotel/land voucher and travel insurance 48 hours before your trip.
• When traveling, please include the original copies of all of your trip documentation, including your current passport, aircraft tickets, hotel and land confirmation vouchers, vaccination records, PCR test results, travel protection, and other pertinent paperwork.
• It is suggested that you verify online before leaving.

• Please be advised that check-in time is at 2 p.m. and check-out time is at 12 pm. To ensure an early check-in in the event of arriving early before the scheduled arrival time, rooms must be reserved starting the night before with the associated fees. Checkout late is contingent upon availability.
• If the PCR test results indicate that the visitor is positive, the local isolation protocol must be followed. The tourist would cover the entire fee out of pocket. The entire package cost is not refundable.
• Any acceptance or denial of a visa is contingent upon the policies and procedures of the relevant authorities.
  Yala Travels disclaims all liability for any modifications or cancellations made to a flight by the airline under any circumstances.
• Cancellations resulting from pandemics that cause force majeure, as well as lockdowns in the intended country that cause flight cancellations, will be refunded by the airline’s and hotel’s respective procedures. Yala Travels will work to obtain a complete reimbursement.
