Things You Must Know Before Ski Dubai Visit

• Ski Dubai retains the right to seek evidence of age, so please bring a valid ID.
• For safety precautions, ski and snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be available at the location.
• Children must be at least eight years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg to ride the Snow Bullet Ride. The maximum weight for adults should be 120 kg.
• Only skilled skiers and snowboarders are permitted access to the slopes.
• Only the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant are allowed to serve and consume food at the ice area.
• For children’s safety, those under the age of thirteen are required to wear helmets.

• In addition to having unlimited access to the Chairlift and Mountain Thriller, the Plus pass offers you the option of two zipline rides or two hours on the slopes (for experienced skiers and snowboarders only). To keep your belongings safe, a locker is also provided. 
• The Snow Park is accessible with both passes; however, the Plus Pass has extra thrills:
• The Classic Pass is perfect for first-timers and families who wish to enjoy the exciting rides and activities at the Snow Park.
• If you wish to enjoy unlimited rides on the Chairlift and trips to the Mountain Thriller choose the Plus Pass. The best choice to test the slopes (suitable for skilled skiers and snowboarders) or the Snow Bullet zipline.
• Ticket for the Slope Session: For seasoned skiers, the Slope Session tickets are the best option. (Level 2 of Intermediate or above). With these passes, you may have exclusive access to the slopes for two hours or the entire day. A locker and winter equipment rental (including skis, snowboards, and poles) are included. 
• Important Information: Only skiers and snowboarders with intermediate level 2 or above certification are permitted on the slopes for safety reasons.
• With combo tickets, you can make the most of your time in Dubai and see a range of activities by combining your Ski Dubai trip with other must-see sights. Save money as well!

Which ticket do we recommend?

The Classic or Plus Pass provides the ideal balance of snowpark attractions and rides for families and first-timers. The slope sessions are great if you’re a skilled skier or snowboarder, but keep in mind the skill level needed. To save money and visit many sites in Dubai, think about purchasing combo tickets.

Ski tickets are non-refundable.

Ski lessons: There are several group ski lessons you can take in Ski Dubai. The group lesson is 60 minutes each. You can buy the tickets there at Ski Dubai.

• Can children be left alone in Ski Dubai?

Adult supervision is required for children below the age of 14.

• Can we bring our winter clothes?

Yes! You can bring your thermals to wear underneath if you prefer. Otherwise, winter gear is included in the ticket.

• Is the snow in Ski Dubai real or fake?

Indeed, Ski Dubai has real snow that is created through a certain process. A water and compressed air mist is sprayed to create the snow. Artificial snow composed of resins is frequently used on other indoor ski slopes. 

• What is the temperature inside Ski Dubai?
