It’s interesting that Fernando Donis, the identical creative force behind the Porsche Design Tower and Dubai Renaissance Tower, also created the Dubai Frame. It took five years to complete the entire structure. Approximately AED 230 million, or USD 62.8 million, was spent on building the Dubai Frame. The Dubai Frame takes up about 7,145 square meters of space.

The golden Dubai frame

The initiative, which was introduced in January 2018, consists of a 150-meter-tall by 95-meter-wide structure that is being constructed to resemble a huge picture frame.
