• Sky Views tickets are good for one day only during their operating hours.
• There can be a long queue in wait on the Dubai observation deck.
• Kids under four enter free of charge.
• Please be advised that goods such as e-cigarettes, computers, food, dangerous materials, and baby strollers are prohibited from entering the attraction and should be placed in the storage room.
• Kindly make sure you reach the designated spot at least half an hour ahead of time.
• There may be some delays at the busiest time of year.
• Before visiting any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions, visitors must go to the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) to pick up their tickets. After that, guests may enter the venue by presenting both their Burj Khalifa Sky ticket and reservation proof.
• Hotel pick-and-drop service is not available.

The ticket cannot be canceled at any time, only 72 hours before your visit time.
